England Announce Champions trophy squad

The host nation announced their 15 man squad for the competition, starting in early June.

This was alongside the squads for the Ireland ODI's and South Africa One day series.

As expected, Durham's Mark Wood returns to the international fold after coming back from an ankle injury that made him miss the winter tour of India.

Ben Duckett is included for the Ireland ODI's, after amassing over 2700 runs in 2016, despite a poor winter in Bangladesh and India.

Mark Wood is set to make his International return.
England have never won an International One-Day trophy and will go into the tournament as favourites, showing the stark contrast from the 2015 where they went out at the group stage - warranting a mass overhaul of the playing personnel in the squads.

Yorkshire are the most well represented county, with five of their players being involved in the squads
