Meg Lanning, Stefanie Taylor and Suzie Bates are the key signings for the inaugural Kia WCSL.
Lanning, captain of Australia, will play for Surrey Stars and New Zealand's Bates will appear for Southern Vipers.
World T20 winner Taylor will join Western Storm for the tournament.
This is after the 19 centrally contracted England Internationals were assigned to the six sides earlier this month.
Alex Blackwell, Megan Schutt and Ellyse Perry will also appear from Australia whilst fellow World cup winner Deandra Dottin plays for Lancashire Thunder.
