England rotate for Argentina test

Henry Slade has been selected in England's XV for the Argentina test on Saturday, while Owen Farrell and Maro Itoje are rested.

Hooker Dylan Hartley again captains the side while Elliot Daly has gotten over his injury to start on the wing, with Jonathan Joseph playing alongside Slade.

Head coach Eddie Jones has indicated that he would rest some of his British and Irish Lions, but only Farrell and Itoje are left out. Mako Vunipola, Dan Cole, George Kruis, Lawes, Daly, Joseph and Anthony Watson all start in what will be a high tempo fixture for the world's number two side.

With Farrell not involved, Slade has come in for Saracens' Alex Lozowski to start at 12. Ben Youngs and George Ford resume their half-back combination, while Watson and Mike Brown complete the back three.

Wing Jonny May has not recovered from a hamstring problem, so Semesa Rokoduguni is named among the replacements.
