Johanna Konta has been knocked out of the Australian Open by World number 123 Bernarda Pera.

After reaching the semi-finals and quarters in the past two years in Melbourne, this will be seen as a giant killing in the womens singles.
26 year-old Konta has only won three of eleven matches since Wimbledon last July which has also seen her change coach.
With 17 break points created by Pera compared to just the two from Konta, the Brit was never properly in the game and will now have to focus on upping her game at the French Open in May.
